We are proud to offer shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries around the world. However, due to shipping carrier and insurance restrictions, we cannot ship to all countries. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
What is the processing time?
The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 2 to 7 business days. We do our best to provide our customers high quality products and good service. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and test in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction and ensure you get the best!
Please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Furthermore, there will be chances that the item(s) that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer expected date due to invalid address, holiday periods, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Import Taxes & Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all import tax, duties and related Customs fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
- Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- Please note that according to customs regulations, StellaCarena cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
