She was so busy, always so much to do. But today she made herself stop and went to stand in a beautiful and quiet place.
She is standing so still in a woodland, carpeted by wild flowers and reeds. She listens to the birds and the gently flowing waters. She watches the light filtering through the trees. She is enraptured by the beauty. She didn't have long, but it was enough to find that inner stillness. And it followed her home.
